Have you heard about the HTC HD7? It is a smartphone that features top-of-the-line OS technology: with 4.3 inch screen monitor, a quality camera and it uses the newly-launched Windows 7 (Phone) OS. It is the best phone to use if you want to watch movies or surf the web; it really is one of the best smartphone in the market.
HTC HD7 Design
In terms of design, you will fall in love with HTC HD7. It is similar to the HTC HD2, but uses touch interface system. Another important feature of the HTC HD7 is the stand for table top; you can use this while watching your favorite movie or when viewing a funny video on YouTube.
The only downside of the design is the phone’s size; you cannot easily slip this in your pocket, unless you have gigantic pockets to begin with. Another negative feature of the phone is that it lacks a front facing camera.
A New OS for HTC HD7
This new operating system (Windows 7 for phones) is now available in the HTC HD7. It is a new windows base OS for a smartphone. It is speedy and really easy to use however the OS also has its drawbacks, you cannot copy or paste a text and you cannot multitask.
Performance
The HTC HD7 smartphone is not able to support one of T-Mobile’s network features, the HSPA+. This is unfortunate because T-Mobile’s HSPA+ gives the ability to download pages from the Internet at great speed. Sadly, HTC HD7 does not support such enhancement.
Despite HTC HD7 shortcomings in network enhancement capability, its speed in downloading pages is still formidable. The downside is that there seems to be a problem in downloading Facebook page so it is important to note about this especially if you are the type who checks your Facebook account every day.
Overall Review
Overall, the HTC HD7 is a good basic smartphone with great entertainment features; it is a good buy especially if you are looking for a phone that supports Windows 7. Just make sure that you test Windows first and see how it runs, as a newly launched product it may still lack in performance and a bit buggy.
